Location: New York City (Field-Based)
Type: Full-Time | Exempt
Key Qualifications
- 5+ years of commercial construction superintendent experience
- Ground-up and interior fit-out experience required
- Proven track record managing NYC projects
- OSHA 30 and SST-62 certifications required (or willingness to obtain)
- Proficiency in Procore, Bluebeam, Microsoft Project, and MS Office
Salary & Benefits
- Salary: $110,000 – $175,000
- Annual discretionary bonus
