A Night of Celebration!

The whole team at the Aisling Irish Community and Cultural Center is very pleased to invite you to our 2023 Annual Dinner Dance. Join us on Friday, September 29th at Mulino’s at Lake Isle, located at 660 White Plains Rd, Eastchester, NY to celebrate our three highly esteemed honorees. The evening will begin with a reception at 7:00 pm, followed by a delightful dinner and captivating entertainment provided by the esteemed McLean Avenue Band. This year we are delighted and honored to celebrate the outstanding community achievements of Aine Dempsey of President of HD Office Solutions, Peter Doran of the Law Offices of Peter Doran, and Thomas Queenan of Nu-Way Air Conditioning & Heating.

Since its founding, the Aisling Irish Community and Cultural Center has been a steadfast resource for Irish, and Irish American diaspora in Yonkers, Woodlawn and the greater New York area.  Our organization takes immense pride in fulfilling our four pillars of service: catering to the Young at Heart, youth development, social services, and the preservation of Irish culture. Thanks to your unwavering support, we have experienced an incredible year of growth, enabling us to expand our services even further. Our commitment to our seniors remains strong, as we continue to provide activities 5 days each week including hot lunches every Tuesday, serving an average of 4,420 meals per year. Additionally, we are now able to deliver meals to 28 homebound seniors on Wednesdays, amounting to over 896 meals delivered in 2023. In a year we will deliver 14,300 meals to people without homes in New York City.  As part of our new Leadership for Life program, 17 students had the opportunity to fly to Ireland for a leadership conference this summer.  With nearly 15,000 individuals benefiting from our services each year, your contributions make a significant difference in enabling us to provide vital and cost-free assistance to those who rely on us.
