Location: New York City (Office + Field-Based)

Key Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management or related field
- 5+ years of project management experience
- Experience managing NYC-based projects ($1M-$20M+)
- Strong knowledge of NYC building codes and DOB processes
- Proficiency in Procore, Microsoft Project, Bluebeam, and BIM tools
Salary & Benefits
- Salary: $110,000 – $175,000
