Role Overview
We are hiring reliable and motivated Field Workers to assist with installation and preparation of flooring systems across multiple job sites.

Responsibilities

• Assist with installation of epoxy, resin, and concrete flooring
• Prepare surfaces (grinding, cleaning, leveling)
• Operate tools and equipment safely
• Follow instructions from foremen and supervisors
• Maintain clean and organized job sites

Requirements

• Construction experience preferred (willing to train the right candidate)
• Ability to perform physical labor in various environments
• Strong work ethic and reliability
• OSHA certification preferred
• Valid US driver’s license preferred
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred
