Rockfinnan Construction is a growing company specializing in flooring systems including self-leveling, epoxy/resin, concrete, masonry, grinding, and polishing. Due to increased demand, we are expanding our team.

Role Overview
We are seeking an experienced Foreman to lead crews on active job sites, ensuring projects are completed safely, efficiently, and to the highest standards.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate field crews on-site
• Manage daily operations, schedules, and workflow
• Ensure quality control across flooring installations
• Enforce safety protocols and OSHA compliance
• Communicate with project managers and clients
• Train and mentor team members

Requirements

• Proven experience as a construction foreman (flooring/concrete preferred)
• Strong leadership and organizational skills
• Ability to read plans and manage job site logistics
• Experience with epoxy, concrete, or masonry systems preferred
• OSHA certification preferred
• Valid US driver’s license preferred
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred
