Employment Opportunity: Drywall Project Manager (Nyack, NY)

We are a well-established and growing construction subcontractor based in the NYC area, seeking an experienced Drywall Project Manager to join our team.

This role may be full-time or part-time and will be based out of our main office in Nyack, or in Manhattan close to Grand Central.

Responsibilities:

· Plan, coordinate, and manage all aspects of construction projects from preconstruction through closeout.

· Oversee schedules, budgets, and quality control to ensure projects are delivered on time and within scope.

· Manage subcontractors, vendors, and field staff.

· Serve as the main point of contact between clients, architects, engineers, and internal teams.

· Prepare and review project documentation, RFIs, submittals, and change orders.

· Monitor site safety and ensure compliance with company and regulatory standards.

· Identify and resolve issues to keep projects on track.

Qualifications:

· Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience).

· Minimum 5+ years of project management experience in the construction industry.

· Strong knowledge of construction means, methods, and best practices.

· Knowledge of concrete, masonry or drywall

· Proficient in project management software (Procore, MS Project, or similar).

· Excellent communication, organizational, and leadership skills.

· Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.

· Competitive salary commensurate with experience (120k to 170K).
