We specialize in acoustical drywall and carpentry across commercial, retail, and high-end residential projects.

We’re seeking a skilled Estimator/Project Manager to join our team in an on-site role, with our office conveniently located near a Metro-North station. The successful candidate will prepare accurate estimates, manage projects, and help drive them through to completion.

Key Responsibilities

· Prepare cost estimates and manage commercial construction projects

· Develop and track project schedules and budgets

· Coordinate with suppliers and clients

· Oversee project execution to ensure quality and safety

· Lead project meetings and communicate with clients

Qualifications

· Minimum of 3 years experience in construction estimating & project management

· Strong leadership and organizational skills

· Proficiency in Excel, Estimating Software, and Microsoft Office

· Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines

Salary

$75K ++ based on experience.
