Custom Millwork Craftsman needed Yonkers

Pay: $30–$50 per hour, depending on experience

We specialize in bespoke architectural millwork for high-end hospitality, restaurant, and retail interiors throughout New
York City. We are seeking an experienced Custom Millwork Craftsman who takes pride in exceptional workmanship
and enjoys bringing unique architectural designs to life.
This is not a standard production millworker position. Our work demands precision, problem-solving, and a high level of
craftsmanship, working with premium materials and intricate details to create distinctive architectural pieces.
Responsibilities
• Fabricate, assemble, and finish custom architectural millwork.
• Read and interpret architectural blueprints and shop drawings.
• Work with hardwoods, veneers, laminates, and specialty materials.
• Execute detailed finish carpentry to exacting tolerances.
• Collaborate with shop colleagues, engineers, and project managers.
• Maintain high standards of quality, safety, and workshop organization.
Requirements
• Minimum 5 years of experience in finish carpentry, custom millwork, or a related skilled trade.
• Strong blueprint and shop drawing interpretation skills.
• Excellent knowledge of carpentry techniques, materials, joinery, and assembly.
• Exceptional attention to detail and pride in workmanship.
• Ability to work independently, solve problems, and collaborate effectively within a team.
