Pediatric Dental Assistant – Part Time Scarsdale, NY

Scarsdale Pediatric Dental is seeking a Part-Time Pediatric Dental Assistant to join our friendly, supportive, and growing team.

We are an established, modern practice specializing in pediatric dentistry and orthodontics.

We are looking for a motivated, dependable team player who enjoys working with children and families. Dental assisting experience is preferred but not required — we are willing to train the right candidate!

Position Details

Job Type: Part-time

· Pay: $23–$27 per hour, depending on experience

· Schedule: Wednesday, Thursday & Friday

Hours: 7:15 AM–5:30 PM

· Occasional Saturdays may be required

· Benefits available based on eligibility

Key Responsibilities

· Assist the dentist during pediatric dental procedures

· Prepare patients and treatment rooms

· Set up and break down treatment rooms

· Sterilize instruments and follow infection-control protocols

· Take X-rays as permitted and trained

· Assist with charting and clinical documentation

· Help patients and parents feel comfortable during their visits

· Maintain and restock dental supplies

· Keep the clinical area clean and organized

· Work closely with the entire team to provide an excellent patient experience
