MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS
Ability to work outdoors in all weather conditions
Must be able to lift and carry up to 60 lbs.
Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
Basic math skills; ability to read maps and construction plans is a plus.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
Construction Experience
OSHA 30 Certification
NYC DOB SST Card
