Assistant Project Manager – Drywall Construction
We’re a growing drywall contractor looking for an Assistant Project Manager to help manage commercial and/or residential drywall projects from start to finish. We need someone organized, dependable, and ready to grow with our company.
Responsibilities
- Assist with managing drywall projects, schedules, and crews
- Coordinate materials, deliveries, and subcontractors
- Communicate with clients, field supervisors, and vendors
- Help prepare change orders, and project documentation
- Track job progress and help keep projects on schedule and within budget
- Attend job site meetings and perform site visits as needed
Requirements
- Some construction project management experience preferred
- Drywall or interior construction experience is a plus
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Ability to multitask and solve problems in a fast-paced environment
- Basic knowledge of blueprints, takeoffs, and construction scheduling
- experience with construction software is a plus
Compensation
- $65,000 – $90,000 per year, based on experience
- Opportunity for growth within the company

Schedule
- Full-time
- Monday–Friday ( occasional weekends – will be compensated accordingly)
Location
Office is located in Yonkers, you will be required to attend a weekly meeting here. Work is based within the 5 boroughs, majority in NYC.
