Cashier (several hires) – $13-$15 per hour
Key Responsibilities
Greet customers warmly and manage the queue efficiently.
Accurately take and input customer orders for drinks, food, and pastries.
Process all forms of payment (cash/card) using the POS system and reconcile the register as part of closing procedures.
Actively upsell and suggest menu items to enhance the customer experience and increase sales.
Answer customer questions about the menu, ingredients, and alternative options.
Maintain a clean, organized, and stocked front counter and ordering area (e.g., napkins, sugar, stirrers).
Assist with general store duties, including cleaning and stocking, as needed.

Excellent customer service and strong communication skills.
Proficiency with POS systems and handling cash/card transactions.
Thorough knowledge of the entire menu (both drinks and food) to answer customer questions.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
Ability to stand for extended periods.
Availability to work early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.
