Masonry Project Manager /Estimator – Position in Yonkers.

Starting Salary $90,000 (Negotiable) – Depending on Experience.

 Job Description

• Lead the estimation process for masonry projects ranging from small restorations to large-scale commercial builds.
• Collaborate with architects, engineers, and clients to clarify project scope and resolve design or specification questions.
• Develop and manage project schedules, budgets, and resource plans from bid to completion.
• Conduct on-site inspections to verify progress, quality, and compliance with safety standards.
• Negotiate with suppliers and subcontractors to secure competitive pricing and reliable delivery timelines.

 Experience is Required

• Proven experience in masonry project management and cost estimation (5+ years preferred).
• Strong knowledge of masonry materials, techniques, and industry standards.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills for working with clients, crews, and vendors.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and specifications.
• A proactive, problem-solving mindset with a commitment to accuracy and efficiency.
