Location: McLean Ave, Woodlawn, NY (In-O􀆯ice)
Job Type: Full-Time
Pay Rate: Starting at $22/hour (negotiable based on experience)
About the Role:
We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Construction Administrator to join our team.
This is a full-time, in-o􀆯ice position supporting daily operations within a fast-paced
construction environment. While prior experience is preferred, we are willing to train the
right candidate who is motivated and eager to learn.
Key Responsibilities:
 Perform general administrative duties including filing, data entry, and document
management
 Process payroll accurately and on schedule
 Manage accounts payable, accounts receivable and financial record-keeping
 Support project managers and office staff with administrative tasks as needed
 Maintain organized records and ensure compliance with company procedures
Qualifications:
 Previous administrative or construction o􀆯ice experience is a plus, but not required
 Basic understanding of payroll and accounting processes preferred
 Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
 Ability to multitask and manage time effectively
 Proficiency in Microsoft O􀆯ice (Excel, Word, Outlook)
 Strong communication and interpersonal skills
