Admin/ Client Coordinator needed in the Bronx.
Monday-Friday, 8-4:30PM.
Suitable candidate must be comfortable as first and main point of contact with clients, warehouse personnel, management, and suppliers.
Responsibilities for this position will include but are not limited to:
Oversee intake and manage order flow from beginning to end using ERP system
Assist clients in choosing finishes for projects
Managing payroll  
Handle phone calls, emails, and social media
Ordering supplies and materials
Handling accounts payable and receivable
Must be able to be hands on and willing to work diligently with others as well as independently.
$20-$30 DOE
