Building Superintendent Position Available in Morris Park section of the Bronx
Live-in position. Two bedroom apartment.

Duties include:

Making small repairs and maintenance, keeping building and sidewalks clean.
Managing trash & recycling.
Removing snow.
Monitoring security cameras.
Overseeing boiler operations & coordinating vendor relations for larger maintenance issues.

Must have good communication skills as well as basic repair skills: electric, plumbing, locks.

$40/ hr. with apartment
