We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Assistant Office Administrator to join our growing construction company. This position supports daily office operations and helps keep projects running smoothly by assisting with administrative and coordination tasks.
Key Responsibilities:
• Assist with day-to-day office administrative tasks
• Manage and organize files, records, and documents
• Assist with payroll processing and employee documentation
• Answer phone calls and respond to emails professionally
• Coordinate schedules, meetings, and office supplies
• Maintain organized project files, contracts, and records
• Track invoices, payments, purchase orders, and subcontractor paperwork
• Assist with compliance documents, insurance certificates, and permits when needed
Qualifications:
• Previous administrative or office experience preferred
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
• Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks
