🚨 Plumbing Office Manager / Dispatcher – ServiceTitan Experience Preferred (Bronx) 🚨

💰 Compensation $25-$30/hour based on experience

A busy plumbing company in the Bronx is looking for an experienced Office Manager / Dispatcher to help run the daily operations of our office and coordinate service calls with our plumbing technicians.

This is a full-time, in-office position for someone who is organized, dependable, and comfortable working in a fast-paced service environment with a crew of plumbers.

Responsibilities

• Answer incoming calls, emails, and service requests
• Schedule and dispatch plumbers for service calls and follow-ups
• Coordinate daily schedules with field technicians
• Manage invoicing, billing, and accounts receivable
• Maintain organized work orders and job records
• Communicate schedule updates and job assignments to technicians
• Assist with customer service and follow-up calls
• Support general office operations
• Assist with NYC Department of Buildings (DOB) permits and filings

Requirements

• Previous office or dispatch experience required
• Experience working for a plumbing, HVAC, mechanical, or construction company
• Familiarity with NYC DOB permits is a plus
• Comfortable working with a crew of technicians
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Computer skills required (ServiceTitan, QuickBooks, email, office software)
• Bilingual English / Spanish is a plus
• Must live in the Bronx or Westchester area and be able to commute daily
