Busy Import/E-Commerce company, Food Ireland is seeking an E-commerce & Customer Support Associate to cover maternity leave. This role is ideal for a detail-oriented professional with experience in online order management who enjoys working in a fast-paced, multi-channel retail environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Processing and managing e-commerce and mail-order purchases across multiple sales channels
  • Ensuring accuracy in order entry, fulfillment coordination, and follow-up
  • Providing first-class customer support via email and phone
  • Learning and supporting a diverse product range
  • Managing multiple priorities with accuracy and efficiency

Required Qualifications & Skills

  • College qualification
  • Proven experience in customer service and/or e-commerce order processing
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • High level of attention to detail and organization
  • Ability to work independently and use initiative
  • Proven ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong computer skills and ability to quickly learn new systems

Additional Information

  • Open to candidates with permanent U.S. work authorization and J-1 Graduate Visa holders authorized to work in the U.S.
  • Pay rate $22 -$24 per hour
