Insides Sales Executive – The James Trading Group- Orangeburg, NY

Overview We are seeking a motivated Inside Sales Executive to deliver excellent customer service while supporting sales growth through strong relationships with our wholesale customers.

Key Responsibilities

· Handle customer enquiries via phone, email, and digital channels

· Process orders, returns, refunds, and account updates accurately

· Conduct outbound calls to existing wholesale customers to capture orders

· Build and maintain strong customer relationships

· Support trade shows and promotional activities

· Maintain accurate records and reports in CRM systems

Key Skills & Experience

· Previous experience in customer service, sales support, or account management

· Confident telephone manner and strong communication skills

· Experience with inbound and outbound calls

· Strong attention to detail and organization.
