NOW HIRING: Temporary Mail Room Assistant (Full-Time) | Midtown Manhattan | $30/hrs. 

A busy midtown office is looking for a reliable, organized Temporary Mail Room Assistant to support our team during the upcoming busy period.

Duration: February through April 2026

Hours: Full-time, Monday–Friday

Location: Midtown Manhattan office (on-site)

Responsibilities:

• Sort, distribute, and organize incoming mail and packages

• Prepare outgoing mail, deliveries, and messenger services

• Maintain mail room supplies and equipment

• Assist administrative staff as needed

Requirements:

• Dependable and punctual professional, with a strong work ethic

• Comfortable working in a fast‑paced professional environment

• Able to lift and move packages as needed

• Friendly, team-oriented, and detail‑focused
