Community Habilitation Worker needed Eastchester, NY

We are looking for a caring and reliable  Community Habilitation Worker for our amazing 13-year-old son who has Prader-Willi Syndrome. He’s highly functioning, kind, and loves to stay active, as well as play games and sing songs.  We are located in the Eastchester area of Westchester County NY.  We are with self-direction and our fiduciary is JM Murray.  You would need to submit an application through JM Murray and you would be paid directly by JM Murray. 

Hourly pay is 28.50.

The main hours we need help are Monday through Friday, 2 PM – 6 PM, with additional hours during the day or weekend hours available if you’d like extra time. The schedule can be flexible, but these are the hours he’s home from school.

Requirements:

Must have a car and be able to drive
Experience with children or individuals with developmental disabilities
Someone patient, engaging, and dependable
