Construction Project Manager Position NYC/Yonkers

We are a leading carpentry/drywall company specializing in commercial work. We are looking for an experienced project manager to join our team.

Key Responsibilities:

Overseeing all aspects of the project, ensuring it runs on time and within budget.

Coordinating with clients and subs.

Conducting daily site visits.

Ordering & managing material.

Ensuring all safety compliance and standards are being met.

Attend walk throughs and weekly site meetings.

Attend weekly office meetings.

Qualifications:

Minimum of 3 years’ experience in a construction management or similar role

Comprehensive knowledge of all materials.

Ability to travel to job sites as needed.

Proven ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.

Punctuality & flexibility is a must.
