A growing home protection company is seeking a part-time, detail-oriented professional to manage accounting, operations, and light office admin.
Key Duties
• Handle invoicing, payroll, reconciliations, and reporting
• Support internal ops, CRM updates, and vendor management
• Assist with onboarding, scheduling, and office coordination
Requirements
• Degree in Accounting or similar
• 3+ years in accounting/ops roles
• Proficient in QuickBooks, Excel, CRMs
• Organized, discreet, and proactive
• Must be authorized to work long-term in the U.S.
