Construction Bookkeeper/Office Personnel (Nyack, NY)

We are a well-established and growing construction subcontractor based in the NYC area, seeking an experienced Bookkeeper to join our team. This role may be full-time or part-time and will be based out of our main office in Nyack, NY.

Qualifications:

· Proven experience in a similar role within construction or a related industry.

· Proficiency in QuickBooks is a must.

· Strong skills in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook).

Key Responsibilities:

· Manage accounts receivable and accounts payable.

· Assist with processing payroll and maintain accurate records.

· Request and track insurance COIs from brokers.

· Assist Project Managers with requisitions, invoices, and project billing.

· Help maintain job cost reports.

· Provide general office and administrative support as needed.

Compensation: $25 – $40 per hour, based on experience. Flexible hours can be discussed. Paid Vacation time and holidays.
