Part-time Administrative Assistant
We are seeking a self-motivated individual to join our busy Yonkers based construction company.
The ideal candidate will be self motivated and required to perform various administrative tasks including but not limited to:
– Answering phone calls
– Monitoring emails and responding when necessary
– Preparing estimates, change orders, invoices
– Managing subcontractor agreement / certificates of insurance
Requirements:
– Excellent time keeping is a must
– Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
– Excellent organization skills
– Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office – Word, Excel & Outlook
– Detail oriented
Salary:
$20 – $30 depending on experience.
