Position: Full-Time
We are a dynamic and fast-paced construction company seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide administrative support to management and staff.
- Maintain and update project documentation and records.
- Handle scheduling and phone inquiries.
- Perform general office duties, such as filing, data entry, and correspondence.
Qualifications:
- At least 3 years of experience in an administrative role (preferably within the construction industry).
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
- Experience with QuickBooks is required.
- Excellent phone etiquette and professional communication skills.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Must be legally authorized to work in the United States.
Compensation & Benefits:
- Salary is 60k-65K, negotiable based on relevant experience.
