Position: Full-Time

We are a dynamic and fast-paced construction company seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide administrative support to management and staff.
  • Maintain and update project documentation and records.
  • Handle scheduling and phone inquiries.
  • Perform general office duties, such as filing, data entry, and correspondence.

Qualifications:

  • At least 3 years of experience in an administrative role (preferably within the construction industry).
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
  • Experience with QuickBooks is required.
  • Excellent phone etiquette and professional communication skills.
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Must be legally authorized to work in the United States.

Compensation & Benefits:

  • Salary is 60k-65K, negotiable based on relevant experience.  
  • Health benefits, 401K.
  • Paid time off and holidays.
