Job Summary:

We are looking for a friendly professional and organized full time receptionist to join our team. This role involves being courteous, answering calls, assisting with administrative tasks, distributing mail and packages and ensuring the smooth daily operation of our front desk.

Key Responsibilities:

•        greet visitors and employees warmly upon arrival, check them in, and assist with any  questions

•        logging visitors in workspeed

•        answer and route phone calls and respond to emails or messages, addressing inquiries

·         distributing mail and packages

·         assisting with administrative tasks

·         strong organizational skills and attention to detail

·         proper phone etiquette and professional communication skills

·         Microsoft Office and basic office equipment

·         maintaining office supplies

·         manage calendar for conference rooms

·         experience a plus

Benefits:

Competitive salary of $35,000 – $45,000 negotiable based on experience
