Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced Carpenter Foreman to lead our carpentry crew and ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and to our high standards. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in carpentry, exceptional leadership skills, and a keen eye for detail.
Key Responsibilities:

Supervise and coordinate the daily activities of the carpentry team.

Interpret blueprints and technical drawings to plan work schedules and set project timelines.

Ensure compliance with safety regulations and best practices on job sites.

Train and mentor team members to enhance their skills and productivity.

Conduct quality inspections and ensure work meets industry standards.

Communicate effectively with project managers, clients, and subcontractors.

Manage materials, tools, and equipment to ensure efficient operations.
Requirements:

Strong knowledge of carpentry techniques, materials, and tools.

Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings.

Must have 62 Hour SST card

Must have Valid Social Security Number or Work permit

Proficiency in Reading BluePrints and layout

Familiarity with installing Black Iron, ACT Grid, metal framing, sheetrocking, door hardware and wood work.

Familiarity with Electrical, Mechanical and Plumbing

Excellent leadership and communication skills.

Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.

Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
