Project Manager needed Mount Vernon NY

We specialize in Structural Steel and miscellaneous Steel, Masonry and concrete throughout the five borough’s.

We are seeking a Project manager to join our team at our office in Mount Vernon NY

Salary: $80K +

Key Responsibilities:

Manage multiple construction projects from start to finish.

Review design drawings, specifications, scope and schedules.

Submit spec’s & data for all materials and shop drawings as required.

Lead project meetings and communicate directly with clients.

Qualifications:

Minimum 3 years experience in structural steel and Masonry work

Minimum 3 years experience in construction management.

Proficiency in Excel, Procore and Microsoft office

Strong Leadership and organizational skills

Proficiency in Spanish is a plus.
