Caregiver needed for elderly woman in Manhattan $20-$23/hour

Part-time job opportunity in the Manhattan Greenwich Village area located one block from major trains

4 to 5 hours every Saturday and Sunday starting at 9 AM

Job consists of company and companionship for a 91 year-old female With mild dementia diagnosis. She is able to do most things completely independently, but needs visits to churches the supermarket, exercise, and most of all good company  

Employee would need to fill out paperwork as they will be paid directly through Medicaid and there is a small health assessment that needs to be completed  all instructions will be provided by employee to make the paperwork as easy and efficient as possible

Salary is somewhere between 20 and 23 an hour from Medicaid.
