  • Rent: $950/month (water and heat included) 
  • Utilities: Electricity and Wi-Fi are separate, split equally among all tenants 
  • Move-in cost: First and last month’s rent required 

All tenants are financially responsible for the monthly Con Edison and Wi-Fi bills.
