Experienced Construction Estimator Wanted

We are seeking an experienced Construction Estimator to join our team! Our office is located near Midtown Manhattan.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in construction estimating and project management, with the ability to analyze project plans, specifications, and requirements to develop accurate and competitive cost estimates.

Job Type: Full-Time

Requirements:

  • 3+ years of experience in construction estimating, both sub-contractor & general-contractor experience is preferred

 

  • Proficiency with estimating software (e.g., Bluebeam, Procore, FieldWire.), Microsoft office & excel

 

  • Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and labor costs.

 

  • Bachelor’s degree in construction management, Civil Engineering, or related field (preferred but not required)

 

  • Salary based on experience, starting on 70-80K
