Project Manager-Yonkers

Project Manager 

  

Medium sized masonry and concrete contractor based in Yonkers is seeking a project manager with experience in a similar role. 

  

The ideal candidate will be responsible for the following duties; 

  

  • Manage all aspects of multiple projects, from submittals, to day-to-day operations, change orders, and closeout of projects. 
  • Interact and coordinate with General Contractors, inspectors and field crew to resolve issues and to advance the project. 
  • Manage reviews and approvals of construction schedule of values and assist in reviews of the billing process. 

  

The ideal candidate should have: 

  

  • Some experience in a similar role. Experience with Masonry and/or concrete a benefit. 
  • Strong communication and organization skills. 
  • Familiarity with various computer software including, MS office and plan swift. 
  • Bachelor degree in Civil Engineering or construction management is preferred but not required. 

  

Salary: $70,000 to $140,000 depending on experience
