Smoking permitted outside only in backyard.  Unit is the first level of private home by Yankee Stadium. 

Studio offers separate entrance and private mud room/vestibule area, full size bed, smart TV, linens provided, large kitchen (electric cooktop with 2 burners – no oven), microwave, air fryer, toaster, renovated bathroom, small outdoor area off the kitchen (through back door) as well as backyard access. 

Air conditioner provided.  Location is 10-12 minute walk to Yankee Stadium, D & 4 subway trains via 161 Street station, and under five minute walk to the Melrose Metro North Station (Harlem Line to Grand Central and Westchester County).  

$2000 for full month rental,

$4000 for July and August or $175/night with a 3 night minimum. 10% discount for 7-14 day stays.

Refundable deposits required based on length of stay.  Cost includes utilities and Wi-Fi. 

Owner lives in home on 2nd & 3rd levels.  Conveniently located by large supermarket, Walgreens, Dunkin Donuts, Starbucks, Pure Gym (formerly Blink), movie theater, local bars & restaurants, etc. 

Laundromat is directly across the street.

Guests MUST follow trash and recycling mandates.  LGBT & pet friendly (pets will require deposit).  Inspection upon check out. NO electric scooters or E-Bike batteries permitted on property.
