Job Title: Construction Administrator
Location: McLean Ave, Woodlawn, NY (In-Oice)
Job Type: Full-Time
Pay Rate: Starting at $22/hour (negotiable based on experience)
About the Role:
We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Construction Administrator to join our team.
This is a full-time, in-oice position supporting daily operations within a fast-paced
construction environment. While prior experience is preferred, we are willing to train the
right candidate who is motivated and eager to learn.
Key Responsibilities:
Perform general administrative duties including filing, data entry, and document
management
Process payroll accurately and on schedule
Manage accounts payable, accounts receivable and financial record-keeping
Support project managers and office staff with administrative tasks as needed
Maintain organized records and ensure compliance with company procedures
Qualifications:
Previous administrative or construction oice experience is a plus, but not required
Basic understanding of payroll and accounting processes preferred
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Ability to multitask and manage time effectively
Proficiency in Microsoft Oice (Excel, Word, Outlook)
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
