We are seeking a skilled Estimator/Project Manager to join our team.
This role will be responsible for preparing accurate cost estimates, managing commercial construction projects, and ensuring successful project completion.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare cost estimates and manage commercial construction projects
- Develop and track project schedules and budgets
- Coordinate with suppliers and clients
- Oversee project execution to ensure quality and safety
- Lead project meetings and communicate with clients
Qualifications
- Minimum of 5 years experience in construction estimating & project management
- Strong leadership and organizational skills
- Proficiency in Excel, Estimating Software, and Microsoft Office
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines
Salary
$75K ++ based on experience.
