Caregiver needed border between Queens and Nassau County

Looking for a caregiver for my 90 year old mom who has Parkinson’s and is wheelchair bound. 

She lives in North Shore Towers which is located on the border between Queens and Nassau county.

She needs help with personal hygiene and cooking/eating.

The person needs to drive to do local errands – drug store, supermarket etc. We have car. She gets transported in a special van.

The person needs to be able to live in Tuesday morning to Sunday morning (another aide comes for those days).

Person must be able to keep track of medication, understand the medication etc.) , pleasant and able to make sure she can get into her bed from wheelchair and back into bed. 

$300 day.
