We are seeking a skilled, self-motivated Mechanic to maintain and repair our fleet of construction machinery and trucks. This role involves performing routine maintenance, complex troubleshooting, and emergency field repairs to minimize downtime on our job sites.

Key Responsibilities:

Diagnostics & Repair: Troubleshoot and repair excavators, dozers, loaders and trucks, focusing on hydraulics, electrical systems, and diesel engines.
- Preventative Maintenance: Conduct scheduled inspections, oil changes, and component replacements to ensure optimal safety and performance.
- Field Service: Respond to on-site service calls, performing repairs in various weather conditions and environments.
- Record Keeping: Maintain accurate logs of work performed, parts used, and equipment status.

Safety Compliance: Adhere to all OSHA and SST, including the proper use of PPE.
Required Qualifications:
- Experience: Minimum of 3–5 years as a heavy equipment or diesel mechanic.
- Technical Skills: Strong proficiency in hydraulic, electrical, and engine diagnostic tools.
- License: Valid driver’s license (CDL Class A or B is a major plus).
- Tools: Must possess a personal set of basic mechanics’ tools.
- Physical Ability: Able to lift heavy components and work in physically demanding field conditions.
Compensation & Benefits:

Pay: $30.00 – $45.00 per hour (highly dependent on experience)
