Exciting opportunity for an experienced full‑time Controller/Office Manager to join a well‑established and growing construction firm. This is a hands‑on in office role supporting finance, operations, and office administration, working directly with ownership and external accountants on WIP and cash‑flow oversight.
Requirements:

Construction accounting experience (union preferred)

QuickBooks, Textura, and strong Excel skills

Strong knowledge of lien waivers and project‑based accounting

Highly organized, self‑directed leader

Notary Public required

Salary:
$125,000++ plus benefits DOE
