Exciting opportunity for an experienced full‑time Controller/Office Manager to join a well‑established and growing construction firm. This is a hands‑on in office role supporting finance, operations, and office administration, working directly with ownership and external accountants on WIP and cash‑flow oversight.
Requirements:
  • Construction accounting experience (union preferred)
  • QuickBooks, Textura, and strong Excel skills
  • Strong knowledge of lien waivers and project‑based accounting
  • Highly organized, self‑directed leader
  • Notary Public required
  • Long term U.S. work authorization required
Salary:
$125,000++ plus benefits DOE
