Administrative Assistant Needed for Local Office Just Off McLean Ave – Part Time – Flexible Hours
Duties will include but are not limited to:
- Accounts Receivable/Payable
- Proposal write ups
- Data entry
- Monitoring Emails
- Assisting the owner with any additional general administrative work
Experience with Microsoft Office/Outlook is necessary
Experience with QuickBooks is a plus but we are willing to train
Knowledge of the construction industry is a plus
Rate of pay starting at $25 – $30 per hour depending on experience
Possible benefits available after working with us for a period of time
Hours are flexible but work is in office only.
