Junior Construction Project Manager

Interior Construction | Office & Field Based

We are a growing general contracting firm specializing in high-end residential and hospitality interior projects. We are seeking a Junior Construction Project Manager with prior interior construction experience to support projects from pre-construction through close-out.

Responsibilities
• Support day-to-day management of interior renovation projects
• Assist with scheduling, subcontractor coordination, and procurement
• Review drawings, scopes, RFIs, and submittals
• Track budgets, change orders, and invoices
• Attend site visits, walkthroughs, and punch lists
• Maintain project documentation and reporting

Requirements
• 1-3 years of construction PM or field coordination experience
• Experience with interior renovations (residential or commercial)
• Ability to read architectural and MEP drawings
• Strong organization and communication skills
• Comfortable working in both office and job-site environments

NYC experience and OSHA certification a plus.

60/70K Based on Experience
