$20.00 – $25.00 per hour, based on experience

About Us

We are a small, family-owned construction company seeking a reliable and organized Administrative Office Assistant to support daily operations. This role is key to keeping our office running smoothly and ensuring strong communication between our office and field teams.
Construction experience is helpful but not required—a willingness to learn is just as valuable.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and coordinate electronic workflows for project-related processes
  • Maintain and update office policies, procedures, and records
  • Perform data entry, including timesheets and Procore-related tasks
  • Assist with filing, document organization, and general office upkeep
  • Provide administrative support across departments as needed

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Proven experience as an administrative assistant or office support professional
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and Word
  • Ability to operate office equipment (printers, scanners, fax machines)
  • Experience with Procore or similar project management systems is a plus
  • Excellent time management, organization, and multitasking abilities
  • High attention to detail and strong problem-solving skills
  • High school diploma required; additional office admin training is a plus
