Full time Office Administrator needed Mount Vernon, NY

We are looking to recruit a reliable full time Office Administrator who is willing to work on their own initiative, to be highly motivated, punctual & complete all day to day tasks that a Busy Construction office brings.

Responsibilities will include but not limit to:

* Knowledge of handling Insurance requirements

* Payroll for 30+ Employee’s on a weekly basis

* Invoicing & Requisitions

* Accounts Payable

* General Day to Day tasks of running a office

Skills Required

QuickBooks, Quantum

Microsoft word & Excel

To be able to work independently and part of a team

Office Location

Mount Vernon, In office position only – Monday to Friday 830 – 430pm

Previous Office Experience preferred but training can be provided to the right candidate.

$60,000 + DOE
