Position Overview: We are seeking a motivated and organized Entry-Level Project Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will assist in managing construction projects, coordinating with crews, and ensuring projects are completed on time and within budget. This is an excellent opportunity for recent graduates or individuals with a background in construction management or a related field to grow their career in the construction industry.
Responsibilities:
• Assist in planning, scheduling, and coordinating concrete construction projects
• Collaborate with onsite teams, clients, and vendors to ensure project efficiency
• Monitor project progress and address any issues that arise
• Help maintain safety standards and ensure compliance with regulations
• Prepare and review project documentation and reports
• Support senior staff with daily tasks and project logistics
• Read, interpret, and work from structural and architectural drawings accurately
• Track project submittals and changes in scope
• Perform estimating take-offs for project bids and proposals
Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field
• Strong interest in construction and project management
• Understanding of reading and interpreting structural and architectural drawings
• Ability to track project submittals and monitor scope changes
• Experience with estimating take-offs is a plus

• Excellent organizational and communication skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and travel to project sites within NYC & NJ
• Basic understanding of construction safety standards and regulations
