EMPLOYMENT OPPORTUNITY: Construction Estimator | $110k ++ DOE 

 

A busy Yonkers subcontracting office is seeking a Construction Estimator to lead project estimates, prepare bids, and collaborate with project teams.

 

Position requires 3+ years of construction estimating experience, strong knowledge of NYC construction and labor, proficiency with Bluebeam, PlanSwift, or similar software, and excellent communication, organizational, and teamwork skills. Experience in the HVAC space a plus but not required!
