Experienced Estimator needed Maspeth, NY 11378

NYC Commercial Flooring Contractor looking for an experienced Estimator.

Someone with experience and able to work in a group environment.

Responsibilities include the following

· Read & Understand Drawings & Scope Sheets

· Efficient in RFMS or Callidus Estimating Software

· Good Computer skills, Microsoft Word, Excel etc.

· Knowledge of flooring materials & installations, Wood Flooring, Polish Concrete, Epoxy, Self Leveling, VCT, LVT, Sheet Vinyl & Rubber, Carpet tile & Broadloom

· Get floor spec material pricing for each project

· Write up & send proposals for projects

· Build relationships with General Contractors & Flooring Sales Reps.

· Ability to meet targets & deadlines

· Track proposals & follow up with customers

· Be a Team Player

· Work closely with our Sales & Project Management Team.

Salary: $65,000.00 – $85,000.00 per year
