This room is located in a house. Room is fully furnished and Internet is included.

Renter is able to use all areas in the house, including front porch, back deck, kitchen, refrigerator and living room.

A tv will be added to room also. Renter will be living with Myself (36 years old) and my daughter.

We are very calm and quiet people but super friendly.

We have a medium dog in the house who is very well train and hypoallergenic, and a cat that is also friendly.

Please keep that in mind, if you have a small dog, I will allow to stay with us as long as he gets along with my dog. I’m not worried about the cat.  

Room is $1,200 a month, but can be negotiable for the right person.

3 months minimum for rent.

I am super clean and organized so I want someone who is also clean and organized.

Person needs to have a stable job.

This room is for rent for a woman only (Sorry Men).
