Construction Bookkeeper/Office Personnel

We are a well-established and growing construction bookkeeping service based in the NYC area, seeking an experienced Office Assistant/Bookkeeper to join our team.

Looking for detail-oriented, organized, and looking to grow at an Entry-Level Accounting Position. This role may be full-time or part-time

Qualifications:

· Proven experience in a similar role within construction or a related industry.

· Proficiency in QuickBooks is a must.

· Strong skills in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook).

 Responsibilities Include but not limited to:

·         Accurate data entry and record maintenance 

·         Filing, scanning and document organization 

·         Strong attention to detail 

·         Comfortable with multitasking

·         Positive attitude and willingness to learn 

·         Assist with processing payroll and maintain accurate records.

·         Request and track insurance COIs from brokers.

·         Assist with requisitions, invoices, and project billing.

·         Provide general office and administrative support as needed.

Compensation: Salary $45,000 – $55,000 per year, based on experience.

Flexible hours can be discussed.

Paid Vacation time and holidays.
