Job Opportunity: Working Foreman
Concrete & Masonry Contractor – New York
We are a well-established concrete and masonry company seeking an experienced Working Foreman to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for supervising crews, coordinating daily site operations, and ensuring high-quality project delivery in compliance with safety standards.
Responsibilities:
• Lead and supervise crews on active job sites
• Read and interpret blueprints, specifications, and plans
• Coordinate materials, equipment, and labor
• Enforce OSHA and company safety standards
• Communicate with project managers, subcontractors, and inspectors
• Track progress and report daily site activities
Qualifications:
• Minimum 5 years’ experience in concrete & masonry as a foreman in New York
• Proven ability to run and complete jobs independently
• 62-Hour SST OSHA Card required
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) a plus
Compensation:
$40+ per hour (depending on experience)
